Job Summary: AmeriLife is seeking a technically strong Senior Analyst, IT Asset & Configuration Management to support the execution and ongoing maturity of our enterprise CMDB, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) programs. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, responsible for maintaining data accuracy, lifecycle governance, and tooling effectiveness within ServiceNow. The Sr. Analyst will work closely with IT leadership, Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and outsourced operations to ensure accurate asset and configuration data that supports operational reliability and regulatory compliance, including but not limited to NYDFS Part 500 requirements.
