We are looking for a Materials Handling Foreman/Forewoman join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the Head of SSC Saddlery,Testing & Logistic . You will be responsible to manage employees and to steer production processes assigned to your department aiming at achieving assigned objectives: productivity (volumes and costs), quality KPIs, materials return, injuries prevention, health status. You will be responsible for the following activities, through the coordination of TLs (Team Leaders: referent people for a blue collars team in the same production department): - Production teams management and coordination (blue collars), within your own departments supported by referents of each team (Team Leaders), aiming at achieve department objectives: Productivity, Quality, Materials return, Injuries prevention, Health status; - Daily support to TLs activities due to your hierarchical responsibility over blue collars; - Disciplinary leadership over production employees in your department; - Workfo...
