Summary : The Development Systems Fabricator is responsible for the design and manufacturing of various fabricated components for both high performance engines and engine test cells. Qualifications: Education/Experience : - Proficient in AC/DC Tig (GTAW) and Mig (GMAW) Welding. - Operate a manual milling machine and engine lathe to modify or manufacture experimental parts for testing. - Operate press brake, bandsaw, plasma cutter, grinders, tube benders, and other metal cutting / forming tools to modify or manufacture experimental parts for testing. - Manufacture engine, vehicle, and test cell exhaust components including design & implementation of 3D fixtures and generating full Bill of Materials (BOM) from CAD models. - Evaluate component designs by measuring and comparing them with original specifications on engineering drawings for form and function using engineering skills. - Devise, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components for products such as...
