Job Summary: DT Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist (Management Analyst I) to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This position provides operational, personnel, and analytical support across multiple functional areas, including staffing, workforce planning, personnel actions, reporting, and process improvement.
