Relationship Manager

Job description

Relationship Manager serves as a support person reporting to the Vice President, Financial Institutions, Cash Logistics. Their primary focus is to proactively develop and foster a positive business relationship between Garda and a given number of assigned customers. Job Duties: - Work closely with their assigned Accounts. This could include, but is not limited to, submitting requests to open/close locations, gather missed stop data, tracking and reporting Cash Vault Data, etc. - Reports- proactively uncover service issues and push to the branches to gain commitment. Also, provide reports with updates to the clients. - Tickets- reactively address client issues by pushing them to the branches and following up until resolved. - Participate on Daily, Weekly, or Monthly review calls. - Prepare Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations.
