Work may involve one or more fields e.g., carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Tasks include general maintenance and cleaning, painting, floor repair and upkeep, maintenance of mechanical equipment, and other responsibilities as assigned by the director.
