Position Overview The Training Operations Intern will be in-office and will support the Training Department in coordinating loan officer training initiatives, managing training logistics, and assisting with operational tasks that support loan officer development. The intern will work closely with the Training Director and gain experience in training coordination, professional communication, and business operations within a mortgage organization. Key Responsibilities: Training Support: Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and monthly training events Track and manage training attendance and participation Help organize materials and resources for training programs Support execution of initiatives such as Arive support, Internal/External Training, Power Hour sessions, Learning Management System and additional projects Loan Officer Support: Assist with issuing credit credentials for loan officers Provide administrative support for new loan officer onboarding Help track engagement and participation in training programs Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Assist the Training Director with calendar management and meeting reminders Help schedule meetings with lender partners, g...
