Job Description: The Beverage Custodian is responsible for overall cleanliness of bar areas, sorting and returning glassware to bars, replacing empty beer kegs, and delivering/placing bar stock. - Sort and return glassware to proper bar. - Replace empty beer kegs with full ones. - Deliver and place bar stock in proper locations. - Clean and polish coolers and fixtures in bar area. - Empty garbage bins in bar area and transport to proper refuse bin. - Sweep and mop floors in bar area. - Clean floor mats.
