Job description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Operates under limited supervision and review of work with Principal/Managing Director of Greenfield Architects, Ltd. or Senior Project Architect throughout all stages of a project. Has considerable latitude in planning, coordinating, and executing project management tasks. Consults with supervisor when obstacles arise, when changes in project scope are required, or when major schedule or budget variances are identified. Works collaboratively with design, technical, and construction teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED: - Minimum of a four-year Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field with 10 or more years of working experience with at least 3 of those years in a project management role. - Demonstrates organizational, scheduling, communication, and leadership competencies. - Experience working with and managing clients, consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities. LICENSE, CERTIFICATES OR REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: No professional license required. Valid state drivers license.
