Plant Operations Manager

Job description

The Plant Operations Manager is responsible for supervising the Plant Operations staff to ensure that the overall maintenance of the equipment is effective, efficient, safe and to Client standards. The Manager is responsible for the upkeep of the central plant chillers, heating boilers, domestic hot water boilers, cooling towers, roof-top AHU’s, and related equipment. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the natural gas systems, domestic water system, HVAC system, food service equipment, and oversight of maintenance contracts/agreements. Candidate must have experience with Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressor Systems. This is at the Gulfstream facilities which is about 6.5m million square feet across multiple sites. Compensation: $75-90k annual: The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
