About your role At our Epping site, you’ll drive performance across production, maintenance, SHE, people leadership, cost & capex management. You’ll be the key force ensuring the site runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest operational standards. You’ll champion reliable, on‑time, in‑spec manufacturing for our customers while fostering a strong safety culture and overseeing the effective delivery of engineering and maintenance programs. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape site performance, develop your team, and influence continuous improvement across the operation.
