NaphCare is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON ) to join our team of medical professionals in Atmore, Alabama. where we manage all aspects of healthcare for the individuals who are currently incarcerated in the G.K. Fountain Correctional Facility . As an Assistant Director of Nursing , you will work with the Director of Nursing, correctional staff and other medical professionals to provide quality care to the individuals in residence, while managing the nursing team and ensuring all work is performed in compliance to standards and adherence to regulations.
