We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our HR team of 14, composed of Payroll Specialists, HR Generalists, HRBP, and Talent Acquisition Specialists.: In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, contributing to the growth of the company by attracting, assessing and hiring top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, using your recruitment expertise and business understanding to deliver high-quality hiring decisions. Your Day-to-Day: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles (from intake meeting to offer stage), ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process. - Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and align on sourcing and assessment strategies. - Lead and support Brand Positioning initiatives in Spain, including representing the company at sponsored tech meetups and job fairs, building partnerships with universities, and strengthening our employer brand presence. - Draft compelling job descriptions aligned with business objectives and employer branding. - Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines thro...
