Job Title HPM Trade Excellence Leader Job Description: The Business Unit’s end-to-end accountable leader for Trade Compliance across the HPM supply chain and regional execution network. This role ensures Philips delivers seamless global trade flows while safeguarding compliance, customer experience, and license to operate. Your role: Embeds trade requirements upstream into product and supply chain design, drives execution excellence routines, and partners closely with the central Global Trade Compliance team (CoE) to enable clear ownership, governance, and performance across BU and Regions. Ensure BU accountability for critical trade master data completeness and governance (key trade data elements). Lead execution excellence through tiered daily management, escalation structures, and operational control points for non-happy flows. Oversee governance and approval of the Goods Flow Control Board, ensuring goods flows are logistically feasible, regulatory compliant, and tax/invoice appropriate.
