Job Summary: The Lead Producer owns a major project pillar such as Gameplay, World, Narrative, Tech, or Co-Development. They are accountable for planning, processes, staffing, risks, and delivery across the entire pillar. Lead Producers partner closely with Directors to translate creative and technical goals into executable development plans, while managing Senior Producers and serving as core members of the project's leadership team.
