About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Launch Managers in the successful opening and operational setup of Emma Owned & Operated stores across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, marketing, and logistics in a fast-paced, international environment. What you'll do: - You will support the O&O Store Expansion team across various store openings in four markets: Portugal, Spain, Germany, and France. - You will own the post-negotiation operational workstream end-to-end, tracking and coordinating all pre-opening milestones across internal teams and external partners. - You will act as the central point of coordination across Marketing, CX, Operations, and Business Development during the store opening execution phase. - You will monitor and follow up on all post-negotiation actions to keep opening timelines on track. - You will play a meaningful role in Emma’s O&O store growth, including the launch of a brand-new market: France.
