What You'll Be Doing: - Maintain safe, efficient production by supporting plant operations and mobile equipment activities - Perform general labor tasks including housekeeping, shoveling, cleanup, and material handling - Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs of plant equipment - Follow safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture - Support production goals by working collaboratively with plant and site personnel What Are We Looking For: - Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or outdoor environment - Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plant operations and equipment - Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently - Dependable work habits with strong teamwork and communication skills - Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in variable conditions Conditions of Employment: - Successful candidate...
