Position Summary ECS is seeking a Training Development Specialist - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a critical role in designing and developing comprehensive training curricula that align with TRADOC/T2COM standards and meet the operational needs of ARNG G6 systems and applications. This position involves leading curriculum updates in response to product and software releases, ensuring that all training materials are current and mission-aligned. The specialist will also develop instructional strategies for both in-person and virtual training delivery, contributing significantly to the program's success by maintaining high-quality, compliant training resources.
