We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager Italy to join our People & Organization team. How you make the difference: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing Bolton’s end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business values and goals. How your agenda looks like: - Contribute to the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy, in close partnership with the P&O teams; - Partner closely with P&O Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance; - Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints; - Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors; - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies; - Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire; - Support the Group Organizational Development, Talent & Learning COE for employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
