Responsibilities: - Responsible for the maintenance of customer accounts through collection activity and account research. - Responsible for Tier 2 inbound calls into the Credit & Collections department through multiple channels including voice, text, social media, and Customer or Sales Rep portals. - Follows up with Customers and Sales Representatives within 24 hours of phone or email request. - Works accounts receivable aging reports, collection reports, and sales representative reports as assigned by Credit & Collections Management. - Meet department metric standards on a monthly basis. - Provides...
