Position Overview Power your future with Qualus as a Panel Shop Lead. The Panel Shop Lead is a hands-on working lead responsible for coordinating daily panel shop activities and ensuring relay and control panels are built safely, on schedule, and to engineered drawings and quality standards. This role supports build planning and labor balancing, provides technical guidance and training to panel shop wiremen/assemblers, and partners with engineering and project teams to resolve drawing questions, manage changes/redlines, and complete inspections and testing for electrical substation control panels, including AC/DC cabinets, bus, breakers, and associated equipment.
