The ODP Group’s Summer Internship Program is designed to give aspiring professionals meaningful hands-on experience, dedicated mentorship, and opportunities for skill development. It is a fully immersive program built around several core components, including partnering with business leaders on functional work and projects, leadership roundtables and development workshops, networking opportunities, and a live presentation to a panel of leaders across the organization. Key Program Details: The Merchandising Intern supports the Commercial Print and Technology team by assisting with day-to-day projects, reporting, and operational tasks. The intern will run recurring and ad-hoc reports, help monitor and track orders, and partner with suppliers to ensure service expectations are met. They will analyze category performance and assortment opportunities to support optimization of products, promotions, and sales-driving activities. The role is highly collaborative, involving cross-functional work with teams such as Finance, Marketing, and Operations, as well as interaction with internal stakeholders and external partners.
