Program Assistant CNA (Durand Campus) Join us in Caring for the Most Important People on Earth. St. Ann’s Community is currently hiring a Program Assistant (CNA) in the Adult Day Services Home located on the Durand Campus. This individual is responsible for the delivery of care, for a specific number of participants, that meets the standard of care as directed per assignment and participant care plans. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent based on performance and organizational needs.
