ATM Service Technician - Central, Oregon

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing second line maintenance for ATM banking products with an emphasis on Hardware and Software problem diagnosis. This position will also be cross-trained with our Security Service Technician roles as well. Location: Central Oregon - Bend/Redmond, OR area Pay: $22-$28 hour DOE: What you’ll do: 1.Performs basic installation on ATM products (multiple manufacturers). 2.Performs some minor maintenance on ATMs (e.g. replacing light bulbs, card reader belts, air filters, etc.). 3.Prioritizes and plans service calls. 4.Contacts customer with the estimated time of arrival. 5.Escalates problems when appropriate. 6.Reassigns calls when appropriate. 7.Accurately reports service data. 8.Interacts in a professional manner with customers and co-workers to foster positive relationships. 9.Supports service technicians in performing preventative mai...
