The focus should be on the position and not the current incumbent. Summary: Reporting directly to the Plant Sanitation Manager and indirectly to the Quality Manager. Develops and runs plant-wide Sanitation Programs across shifts and multiple processes. Assures all sanitation and pest control processes are in accordance with local, state, federal, and Kraft regulatory requirements and Kraft Good Sanitation Practices. Provides leadership for janitorial crews, period cleaning work groups, and participates in training and evaluation of crews involved in direct labor sanitation. Overall support of sanitation activities throughout the plant including: Sanitation, Housekeeping, and Food Safety.
