Axos Bank Target Range: $23.00/Hr. - $28.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. About This Job: Support Commercial Lending Group by working with originators and underwriters to support the team in screening, underwriting and monitoring loans. Requirements: - Performs basic credit analysis – may include analyzing operating statements, recommending risk ratings - Analyzes Commercial Lending, Commercial Real Estate Loans, or other real estate related collateral types - Analyzes financial data and collateral metrics to determine customers' ability to perform - Makes process improvement and action recommendations backed by research, data, and key metrics - Supports administrative aspects of the originations process including document collection, organization, tracking of due diligence requirements, and communication...
