About the role: This role involves performing administrative support for claims handlers as well as handling your own portfolio of claims. The support consists of gathering data, making payments, and other administrative tasks. You will also handle simpler claims on your own, communicating with brokers and customers, while providing excellent customer service. Our Nordic claims team consists of some of the most experienced claims professionals in the industry, skilled in handling everything from common losses to complex or major incidents.
