Pay – $16.25: Schedule – 1st shift during training, then varies Location – Maineville, OH: Start date – Immediate: Responsibilities: Team Support & Leadership: - Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members. - Support daily operations. - Coach and mentor team members. - Step in for the Store Manager when needed. Store Operations: - Support in inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance. - Assist in ensuring the store remains clean, well-organized, and meets all safety standards. - Ensure proper execution of store policies and procedures.
