Job description Are you an experienced banking professional with a strong IT and SOX background, who wants to make a real impact in strengthening non‑financial risk management? At Bank Mendes Gans (BMG) , part of ING, you will work at the intersection of business, IT, risk and audit , safeguarding the integrity of our processes and controls in a complex regulatory environment. As a Business Control Specialist IV within the BMG 1st Line NFR team, you will act as a senior specialist and trusted sparring partner, helping the bank to operate safely, compliantly and in line with ING’s risk appetite. Your role: You contribute to managing BMG’s risk and control environment by ensuring that key risks are identified and mitigated. You take ownership of SOX‑related topics and drive high‑quality execution across the organisation.
