Senior Electrical Engineer Our client, one of the largest and most respected facility management and real estate services companies in the industry, is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their Professional Services team. In this role, you will independently manage multiple electrical design projects from initiation through completion, overseeing scope, deliverables, CAD workflows, budgets, financials, and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction. You will be responsible for developing electrical system designs for base-building applications, tenant environments, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure across both new and existing facilities. This work involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, facility managers, and technicians, and includes power distribution, utility connections, lighting, controls, emergency power, life-safety systems, fire alarms, renewable energy systems, and mechanical equipment integrations.
