About the team At OSB Group, we’re on a journey to digitise the Bank and deliver simpler, faster and better experiences for our customers. We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Lending Value Stream, focusing on the Financial Support Team (Collections). You’ll be part of a collaborative product team working to improve how we support customers through financial difficulty by enhancing the systems, processes and journeys that underpin our collections capability. Working closely with Product Owners, engineers, and business stakeholders, you’ll help shape solutions, refine product ideas and ensure we’re delivering meaningful improvements for both customers and colleagues. This role can be based in our Chatham, London or Wolverhampton office and the befit of operating within the hybrid policy. What you will be doing?: As a Business Analyst , you’ll play a key role in helping teams understand problems, shape solutions and deliver value iteratively.
