Associate Test Technician

Overview Element has an opportunity for an Associate Test Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team in one of the various laboratories across Element, the Associate Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision. The technician positions must be proficient in a number of core business skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures. Salary: $25- $30/hr DOE: Responsibilities: - Conducts environmental simulation tests such as Temperature/Humidity, Thermal shock, salt spray, shock, vibration, HALT, IP, package testing, acceleration, altitude. - Contribute to 5S and safety goals of the laboratory. - Support laboratory with report writing. - Professionally interact with customers when testing is witnessed. Skills / Qualifications: - Working knowledge of laboratory safety - HS diploma or GED certificate preferred.
