Job description
The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are looking for an experienced Electrical/IT Construction Inspector to support major public infrastructure and airport-related projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting electrical and low-voltage systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and agency requirements. Schedule: Night Shift (10:30PM-7:00AM, Sunday-Friday): Salary Range: $140K-$155K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Key Responsibilities: - Perform inspections on electrical and low-voltage systems across buildings, civil works, and tenant improvements - Review installations such as electrical panels, lighting, grounding systems, fire/life safety systems, and IT components - Ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and safety regulations - Document daily progress, track changes, and support reporting (RFIs, submittals, etc.) - Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Electrical/IT inspections (building construction requi...
