Roof Above was born through the merger of Urban Ministry Center and Men’s Shelter of Charlotte in 2019. POSITION SUMMARY: We are currently recruiting a FT Facilities Assistant with janitorial experience or training. The Facilities Assistant is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well‑maintained environment for all building occupants. This position performs routine cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance tasks to support daily operations and uphold facility standards. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures to maintain a welcoming and orderly space.
