Location: Charlotte,NC,United States Field Sales Trainer – Renewal by Andersen GAS & COLT Position Overview: The Field Sales Trainer (FST) is a dedicated field-based coaching role supporting Renewal by Andersen of Charlotte rapid growth trajectory. You will drive behavioral execution and close rate improvement across the sales team through real-time field coaching, live appointment demonstrations, and deliberate practice in the home improvement sales environment. This is a practitioner-coach role where you model excellence and accelerate representative development through observation and immediate feedback in the field. Responsibilities: - Execute 20+ newly issued appointments per month demonstrating best-in-class window replacement sales process and closing techniques for representatives to observe. - Conduct 20 ride-alongs per month with assigned representatives, observing their performance and coaching process execution, discovery quality, and objection handling. - Manage personal PC (Pending Close) and DNS (Did Not Sign) appointments, taking ownership of recovery opportunities while coaching representatives. - Provide real-time and post-appointment feedback focused on behaviora...
