# LI-DNI Team Overview: The successful candidate will work as part of an experienced team and will have the opportunity to work on various asset types (office, retail, industrial, living & hospitality and alternative) and risk profiles (Core, Core+, and Value-Add). This internship offers diverse responsibilities and provides valuable exposure to build your skills and prepare you for a successful career in real estate. The person should be enthusiastic and eager to learn. Role and Accountabilities: This role will assist the Paris team in evaluating, structuring, and closing real estate transactions (acquisitions and sales). The successful candidate will participate in the due diligence process and contribute to the analysis of value enhancement opportunities for our existing and future portfolios.
