Title: Simulation Coordinator - Charlotte Campus Position Type: Staff Full-Time: Days Per Week: M-F: Hours Per Week: 40: VP Area: Office of the Provost and Academic Affairs Department: School of Health Sciences: Location: Elon - Charlotte Campus: Position Summary: The Simulation Coordinator provides comprehensive operational, technical, and educational support for simulation-based learning across the establishing programs on the Charlotte campus. This role supports a growing, technology-forward simulation center that includes six high-fidelity simulators (Elevate Health), full audiovisual capture capabilities, and additional technology as it adopted. Working collaboratively with SHS faculty, program leadership, and simulation leadership, the Simulation Coordinator ensures high-quality, compliant with Society for Simulation in Healthcare standards for simulation education, and learner-centered simulation experiences aligned with current Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best Practice.
