Let’s be #BrilliantTogether ISS STOXX is seeking a Senior Tax Operations Associate to support the U.S. direct tax function within the North America Finance Team, with periodic support of indirect tax activities. Based in Rockville, Maryland, this role will report to the North American Tax Manager and collaborate closely with the global ISS STOXX Tax Team. The Senior Tax Operations Associate will assist with tax reporting, tax provision support, tax compliance activities, and tax filings across US and Canadian legal entities. Responsibilities: Tax Support: Assist with preparation and coordination of U.S. federal, state, and local income tax workpapers including extensions and estimated payments. Support quarterly and annual U.S. income tax provision processes by gathering data, preparing workpapers, and validating inputs. Perform monthly income tax reconciliations and assist with related tax provision journal entries. Maintain the tax calendar for U.S. direct tax filings and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
