This position will assess, evaluate, and make RT care recommendations to the nursing staff; document respiratory care provided to patients and train nursing staff in respiratory therapy. Perform respiratory care to include complicated tracheostomy tube changes. Perform respiratory assessments to include advance cases. Checks equipment to ensure that it is being utilizes properly and the patient is benefitting from the equipment. Provide oversight of the respiratory care provided by the nursing staff. Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
