Job DetailsJob Location: Tempo Headquarters Irving - Irving, TX 75061Position Type: Full TimeSummary: Tempo’s Multifamily HVAC Lead Installer will remove and install all types of Heating and Air Conditioning ventilation systems in commercial and multi-family buildings. Installations will be up to code with Tempo’s quality of standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Disassemble and reassemble HVAC equipment to perform trouble shooting and preventative maintenance. Replace worn, damage, or defective mechanical parts. Test electrical circuits or components for proper functioning. Inspect systems to determine if they are operating properly. Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that repairs corrected malfunctions. Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling non-toxic refrigerants. Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers. Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment to perform installation of unit.
