We are looking for a Floater Patient Engagement Specialist to play an important role at AndHealth. This is an onsite position located at our Health Center partner sites in Indiana. What you’ll do in the role: - Regional Multi-Site Mobility: Serve as a versatile resource across a designated district, traveling to various pharmacy locations to provide critical staffing support and maintain operational excellence during peak volumes or personnel shortages. - Prescription Processing: Accurately input patient data, insurance information, and prescriptions into the pharmacy management system. - Fulfillment: Count, pour, and label medications efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. - Customer Experience: Assist patients at the pickup counter, r...
