TITLE: Associate Director, US Reits Research DUTIES: Scotia Capital (USA), Inc. seeks Associate Director, US Reits Research in New York, NY to support the Senior REITs Analyst by building and maintaining detailed financial models, conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses, updating earnings forecasts, and synthesizing company-specific data to inform investment theses. Conduct in-depth macroeconomic analysis to assess the impact of macroeconomic indicators, such as interest rates or employment data, on REIT valuations, and draft research reports with detailed company-specific recommendations.
