G MASS Consulting is seeking an experienced Interim PMO Lead for a leading fintech company, to bring structure to an existing but underdeveloped PMO function. This is not a greenfield build, the foundations are there, but they need an experienced hand to critique the current setup, establish the right operating cadence and drive meaningful change. The role spans the entire business and covers a number of strategic projects, sitting at the heart of the organisation during a period of significant transformation. This is an interim engagement with a clear remit: assess what exists and build the right foundations.
