Description The Senior Strategy Plans & Policy Analyst (SSPA) Expert will provide extensive array of services to assist the Joint Cyber Center (JCC). Provide effective and responsive assistance to the JCC in the areas of development of operational planning, coordination and integration and execution. Develop, and direct the work of others in, the completion of required plans, programs, studies, documents, and reports. Provide expertise on strategic / operational planning, act as Subject Matter Expert on planning, and GCC and interagency coordination. Gain / maintain knowledge of cyber specific functions, e.g., Operations-Cyber Security, Cyber Defense, Cyber Defense-Response actions, Counter Cyber Operations, Offensive Cyber Operations, Counter Cyber Intelligence, Insider Threat, Cyber Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Operational Preparation of the Environment, Strategic Planning and administrative services; providing services in the form of support to preparation of plans, policies, orders, indications and warnings, analysis, targets, battle damage assessments, and fires coordination, de-confliction and execution.
