We are seeking an experienced and highly independent Manager of Children’s Physicians Operations to lead daily operations in a fast‑paced, seven‑day‑a‑week clinical environment in Kearney. This role serves as the on‑site operational leader, partnering closely with the Clinical Supervisor and medical staff to ensure a seamless, high‑quality patient experience. The ideal candidate brings exceptional critical‑thinking skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting. A strong understanding of clinical workflows is highly desired to support effective collaboration with providers and clinical staff.
