Job Description Summary The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehousing and inventory control activities for the distribution center. This position is responsible for delivering world class customer service to internal customers at Aero Alliance as well as ensuring the highest possible standard of inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Manager supervises Aero Alliance warehouse associates on site and is expected to make sure there is compliance with all safety, quality, and human resource policies and procedures in place. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Lead a team of hourly warehouse employees in the execution accumulation of parts and supermarket kitting. Managing warehouse activities including materials receipt, put away and movement of materials within the site. Support cycle count and physical inventory activities and maintain associated reporting and external communication. Develop and maintain warehouse operations dashboard reporting and KPI’s in alignment with Aero Alliance strategic goals. Lead inventory related kaizens and continuous improvement activities.
