Position: Accounting Systems Support Specialist: Reports To: Director of IT Systems and Operations Location: Gretna, LA: Work Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. Alternating On Call Schedule for nights/weekends Essential Job Duties: Assist in the maintenance and support of ERP/accounting systems, including user access, configurations, and issue resolution Support accounting functions by ensuring accurate data flow between operational systems and financial modules Troubleshoot system-related issues impacting invoicing, billing, inventory, and financial reporting Collaborate with Accounting to validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies Provide first-level support for system users, including Accounting, Operations, and administrative staff Assist in training users on system functionality, procedures, and best practices Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and...
