This is the job: We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join an innovative R&D initiative focused on vessel detection using Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) data. You will work on cutting-edge machine learning solutions involving computer vision, signal processing, and deep learning architectures to analyze acoustic and vibration patterns generated by vessels. This is you: 5+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning engineering Strong expertise with PyTorch and modern Computer Vision architectures, including Vision Transformers and DINO Hands-on experience with MLOps and cloud-based ML development using MLflow and Vertex AI Solid Python engineering skills (Python 3.11/3.12+) and experience working with modern development workflows Strong background in signal processing, time-series analysis, and large-scale data processing using PostgreSQL/Post...
