Jefferson Outpatient Imaging is currently seeking an experienced X ray technologist for a Full-time, benefits eligible position at our outpatient imaging center located in East Norriton, PA. Shifts are Monday through Friday 8am to 430pm. Free parking on site . Duties include performing x rays, DEXA scans (will provide training if needed) and assisting radiologists with arthrograms. JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Radiology Medical Director, the Diagnostic Imaging technologist: - Performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner. - Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. - Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice.
