A Brief Overview: The Vice President of Operations is responsible for the overall operational success of Stanford Medicine Partners (SMP). This executive provides strategic and operational leadership across the core operations of SMP to ensure high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient experience. The role collaborates closely with the Executive Leadership Team, senior medical leaders, administrative teams, and enterprise peers to advance innovative care delivery, performance improvement, and growth initiatives, including activation and operational readiness of new facilities.
